Short Block Technologies, Inc. (SBT) is the “seller” of the engine. SBT is in control of all warranties on a case by case basis. All engine warranties will have to be shipped back to SBT before an engine replacement can occur. All SBT warranties start at the date of engine purchase. A 1 year or 2 year warranty is available and will be decided at the time of purchase. If a replacement engine is needed, the warranty does not start over. Warranties are based from the original purchase date and whether a 1 year or 2 year warranty was decided on at the purchase date.

Add Gas & Go, Watercraft, LLC., is responsible for the labor and installation of the original engine only.

The “recipient of services” is responsible for any and all extra labor, parts and shipping that is required due to a SBT engine failure and/or warranty SBT engine that is needed to be reinstalled.
